MONK parse engine throws away extra data when at least one record parses correctly

When at least the first record of a repeating structure (1 to n) is parsed correctly by the underlying MONK engine the message is considered correct and any “excess” data, ie. any extra, incorrect or unparsable records occurring after a valid record will be throw away by the monk engine; this is a known and expected behavior of the Monk parsing engine.
