After OAAM Upgrade from 3.5.2 to bp8. When attempted to view Customer Care cases, unable to see the actual cases. The counter can be seen on the caseList.jsp page, which indicates cases exists, and the cases exist in the V_CASE table in the database. When attempted to view the cases through the interface result is a blank page.

Check the following queries in upgraded database

This is query for all number of cases

Select count (*) from v_case;

Specific conditions for case types

Select count (*) from v_case where case_type != 0;
Select count (*) from v_case where case_type = 0;

The exception occurs for all the cases with case_type = 0.
case_type zero is no longer valid, and should have been converted during the upgrade process.
