wi_fault Table Does Not Exist (Doc ID 1310582.1)

This error message is being observed:


Cannot update work item fault.
The process domain was unable to update the fault entry for the activity "33560013-BpInv10-BpSeq11.5-2" from the datastore. The exception reported is: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Please check that the machine hosting the datasource is physically connected to the network. Otherwise, check that the datasource connection parameters (user/password) is currently valid.
