Oracle Secure Enterprise Search does not Show MS-Office 2007 (.docX) Documents when Configured with WCC/UCM 11g (Doc ID 1310709.1)

Symptoms

The SesCrawlerExport component was configured on WCC/UCM and OSES was configured to crawl UCM contents. But OSES search does not display MS-Office 2007 (docx) documents that are checked in from WCC/UCM. OSES search shows up only .doc type documents . 

OSES 11.1.1.2.0  and WCC/UCM 11.1.1.3.0 / 11.1.1.4.0
