WCI LDAP Identity Service Only Supports Paging With Multiple Bind Requests Due To Error "Call to retrieve the users on this auth source failed" (Doc ID 1312202.1)

Symptoms

In Webcenter Interaction (WCI) Portal, cannot sync users via LDAP Authentication Web Service (AWS)/Identify Service (IDS) Synch Job when using paging and when using a complex user filter query. The LDAP IDS Synch job log throws the following error:
