Symptoms

After adding some extra origin servers (all at once) to the production cacheservers, the cacheservers began to crash with this error:

   Signal SIGFPE caught - XML parsing failed. Error Code: 229

However was found to be a configuration issue, other crashing continued to occur in SIGFPE CAUGHT FLTBOUNDS.

Changes

Adding additional origin server.
