Users Cannot Log Into The Reporting Console (Doc ID 1313396.1)

Symptoms

When logging into the Reporting Server with a valid username and password the user encounters the following error;

[Async_ExceptionOccurred]
Arguments:

   at System.ComponentModel.AsyncCompletedEventArgs.RaiseExceptionIfNecessary()
   at Reporting.PLXReportService.LogonCompletedEventArgs.get_Result()
   at Reporting.ReportService.logonCallback(Object sender, LogonCompletedEventArgs e)
   at Reporting.PLXReportService.PLXReportServiceClient.OnLogonCompleted(Object state)


There may be a delay of up to two minutes before the error is displayed.
