When attempting to scan a batch in Oracle Document Capture Scan for ISIS, the following error messages are returned:

Error: 4718
The following error was encountered while scanning a batch.
4718: Abnormal light dose.

Detect Hardware Error.
fi-6770dj [048006, 75]
Optical error (ADF Back)

The scan profile was exported from another machine using the Import Export Utility and imported on this machine.
