Symptoms

Attempting to create a RAD through Identity Management Self-Service Console and receive error "Error Creating Resource".

Investigating in OID logs if errors exist.

May find error like the following:
2011/03/31:09:55:35 * ServerWorker (REG):7 * ConnID:206182 * OpId:20 * OpName:add
[gslsbscExplodeOC]: SuperClass for orclcontainer not found.
