In Index there is a registry setting (called "BatchRefreshLimit") that will restrict the number of batches displayed to the Index user.  This presents the scenario where there are more batches available than are being presented to the Index user.  The batches will be presented based on the default sorting options of the Index profile.  The goal of this article is to show how batches matching a different sort order can be displayed to the user.  The registry setting is:
