Last updated on JULY 22, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 11.1.1.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When using NodeManager to do the start, the 11g UCM Managed Server does not come up completely. The Admin console states the UCM Managed Server is running and all deployments are active. However, when going to the UCM url a message states that the server is not available.

The UCM trace log will show errors such as the following:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no JniNativeOsUtils in java.library.path
'0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' unable to instantiate NativeOsUtils

Caused by: java.lang.AssertionError: !syNativeOsUtilsNotLoaded
