ADF Swing Built In JDeveloper 11.1.1.3.0 Cannot Deploy On WLS 10.3.4.0 (Doc ID 1315179.1)

Symptoms

An ADF Swing working .WAR file which we had previously deployed to WLS 10.3.3.0 (Integrated
and Standalone) fails to deploy on WebLogic Server Version 10.3.4.0.

The deployment fails, reporting :

An error occurred during activation of changes, please see the log for details.
weblogic.application.ModuleException:



In the log file the stack trace is like the following:
