Symptoms

When adding a Portlet or Pagelet to a page with several columns, the Portlet does not scale in size, but adds scrollbars.
Is there a way to resize to a desired size?

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Page with 2 or more columns.
2. Add a Portlet or Pagelet to one of the columns.  It will display scroll bars instead of making the Portlet fit in the window without scroll bars.
