How can WebCenter Search be configured so that it searches on all profile attributes to efficiently find people? (Doc ID 1315612.1)

Goal

Currently the following steps fail:

1. Login to WebCenter as user user1

2. Edit the profile, Employee -> Expertise to support.

3. Go to the Connections page and search via "Find and Invite People"

4. Search for support, it returns 0 record despite that there is a user who has "Expertise to support" set in its profile

As a result it is very difficult to explore other people who are interested about similar things.  This note discusses how WebCenter Spaces search can be configured so that it searches on all profile attributes to efficiently find people.
