Symptoms

Oracle GoldenGate (OGG) 10.4.x / 11.1.x pump extract abends with following error when using parameter 'FormatXXX' in the pump extract parameter file

Cannot convert input file $OGG_HOME/dirdat/<trail file> with format RELEASE 10.4 to output file $OGG_HOME/dirdat/<file name>.txt with format RELEASE 9.x.
