How To Retrieve Users Assigned to Groups When Using LDAP primary group (Doc ID 1316411.1)

Goal

masterGroup property has been set in your hybrid Directory Service implementation in order to decrease the scope of objects read from your LDAP server.

You have created groups and assigned users to these groups in your LDAP structure. Also you have created a masterGroup group and assigned the aforementioned groups as members of the masterGroup.

You have coded a BPM activity to retrieve LDAP users assigned to the LDAP scoped groups that belong to the masterGroup group.

You try to use DirOrganizationalGroup.fetchAll method to obtain the assigned users to the groups but it returns empty values.
