Symptoms
You have created an installation of Fusion Middleware 11g Release 1 but are unable to start the WebLogic Managed Server that will be running a component of the SOA Suite, such as SOA, BAM, B2B etc.
Within the log file capturing standard output for the WebLogic Managed Server (typically located at $DOMAIN_HOME/servers/soa_server1/logs/soa_sever1_out.log) you see output similar to the following:
