Goal
In WebCenter PS3 (11.1.1.4.0), the Stretch page style is not available.
In WebCenter PS2 (11.1.1.3.0) it was.
There is a Stretch style under Mashup Styles (in Resources). But this is not a replacement for the previously-available page style: it is specific to taskflows, as opposed to a page.
How can you achieve a Stretch page style in 11.1.1.4.0?
