Symptoms
The Universal Content Management (UCM) server is set up with an IDC Name that contains a space; e.g. IDC_Name=UCM PS3.
Inbound Refinery is configured on this UCM instance to convert documents to PDF. When submitting content for conversion, the following error is displayed on the Content Information page:
