There Is No Option To Delete OID DIP 11g Provisioning Profiles In Fusion Middleware EM Console (Doc ID 1317207.1)

Symptoms

A provisioning profile was created as a test and now need to delete it.

Launching the Enterprise Manager (EM) Fusion Middleware (FMW) Control Console and navigating to:

Identity and Access
   DIPAdministration
      Provisioning Profiles
        Select  the Profile Name

There is no facility or means with which to DELETE the profile.

Documentation such the Oracle® Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide for Oracle Directory Integration Platform makes repeated references to the Provisioning Console, but no where is it documented on how to invoke this console.
