TCP/IP Clients connecting to the TCP/IP Server eWay may report long delays between opening a socket and exchanging data with the server.

On Solaris, you can use the ndd command to see if the tcp_listen_hash value (which tracks the depth of the Accept queue) for the server port is getting near its limit.
