Symptoms

 
Installed  Weblogic server 10.3.4.0 along with Forms Builder 11.1.1.2 upgrade to 11.1.1.4, all on Windows 7 32bit. During the Create domain step the process hangs at 11 percent.

Stopping the configuration process produces the logs which show;
