WCS-07874 Error When Starting Spaces Server: The documents Services Configuration in adf-config.xml is Invalid (Doc ID 1318358.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter 11.1.1.4.0 configured with Universal Content Management (UCM) 11.1.1.4.

When starting the WebCenter Spaces managed server, the following error occurs in the logs:
