Orcladmin Account Expired And Not Able To Login To Oracle Access Manager (Doc ID 1318473.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 10.1.4.3 was installed.
Oracle Internet Directory is used as a user LDAP directory for OAM.
orcladmin account password expired
After resetting the orcladmin password to old password using oidpwd tool

We are able to login to OID after pwd reset but login failed to Oracle Access Manager
