Error 'Unable To Pre-Process Buffer Before Transmission" When Doing Two tpenqueue() (Doc ID 1318567.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 12, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Tuxedo - Version 10.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When 2 different domains are configured, each one with a QSPACES, both containing same QUEUEs to have fail-over.

To test tpenqueue /Q fail-over, a Tuxedo client tries to insert a message on /Q on first QSPACE (tpenqueue) in case of error "TPENOENT" or error code "-6" it should try to insert the message on the fail-over QSPACE.
If ud32 is used as client to call Tuxedo, on the second call the client receives the error :

Unable to pre-process buffer before transmission

Is it possible to insert messages on different QSPACE with same Tuxedo client process?
