Symptoms

Trying to install and configure Two Node Cluster Server on Microsoft Windows as per document ID 758916.1

Successfully passed Section A (install on shared file system), starting to install the first patch 6899660 and copied/replaced files from server-win32-shared.zip

Trying to launch ComponentWizard by doing "pushd \\testsystem\ucm10\bin" and launching it, getting the following error:

Y:\bin>ComponentWizard.exe
