OAM 11g: "Invalid Credentials" When Logging Into Oracle Access Manager 11g R1 Admin Console, Can Login to WebLogic Console (Doc ID 1319248.1)

Symptoms

- New install of OAM 11g R1 11.1.1.3 on OEL5
- Using WLS 10.3.3
- Can login to WLS Console as <WLS_ADMIN> user with no issue.
- When attempting to login to OAM /console as <WLS_ADMIN> user, getting "Invalid Credential" error.
- See the following error in the oam_server1.out file:

<May 2, 2011 6:21:46 PM EDT> <Error> <oracle.oam.user.identity.provider> <OAMSSA-20023> <Authentication Failure : No User found matching the criteria.>
