ODSSM Account Gets Repeatedly Locked (Doc ID 1319256.1)

Symptoms

Error in wls-diagnostic.log:

[See nested exception: java.sql.SQLException: Could not retrieve datasource via JNDI url 'jdbc/schedulerDS' weblogic.jdbc.extensions.ConnectionDeadSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: ORA-28001: the password has expired]



After resetting the database accounts per  <Document 1134954.1> - Error in Managed WebLogic Server Log - ORA-28001: the password has expired,   the ODSSM account is repeatedly getting locked.

Changes

Reset the database accounts for ODS and ODSSM per  <Document 1134954.1> Error in Managed WebLogic Server Log - ORA-28001: the password has expired.
