Multiple eWays Will Not Start after Modifying eGate Service Ownership on Windows (Doc ID 1319432.1)

Symptoms

After installing SRE on a new Windows 2003 server, eWays do not start.  The logs indicated that a file could not be found:

10:04:49.247 EWY I 5356 (monkinit.cxx:323): Loading Monk auxiliary library directory: monk_library\batch
10:04:49.262 EWY A 5356 (monkinit.cxx:347): LoadDirectoryFailed E:0x00000002 ((from OS) The system cannot find the file specified.)
10:04:49.278 EWY A 5356 (monkinit.cxx:268): MonkLoadLibraryFailed E:0x00000002 ((from OS) The system cannot find the file specified.)
10:04:49.278 EWY A 5356 (configuration.cxx:227): InitializeMonkFailed E:0x00000002 ((from OS) The system cannot find the file specified.)
10:04:49.294 EWY A 5356 (svcmain.cxx:500): ConfigurationLoadFailed E:0x00000002 ((from OS) The system cannot find the file specified.)
10:04:49.309 EWY A 5356 (svcmain.cxx:491): ServiceMain FAILED: (from OS) The system cannot find the file specified.(0x00000002)
10:04:49.309 EWY I 5356 (svcmain.cxx:430): ServiceMain Finished

Changes

After installing SRE, the services were modified to run as a different user for production.  This was a "system service account" that is different from the user ID of the installer.
