Symptoms
- OVD 10.1.4.3
- Kerberos authentication is enabled
- When a user enter the password wrong, OVD causes two bad password attempts.
- It causes a second bad password attempt even though the user has entered their password only once.
- Due to this the account gets locked prior to the actual failure count set in AD
