The parameter Drop-out Frequency can be monitored via the administration console

Home -> Summary of Clusters -> Cluster -> Monitoring -> Summary -> third column is Drop-out Frequency with the value Frequently, Rarely, Never, or Occasionally.

Can we monitor this parameter with WLST?
