"Message Cannot Be Added To Message Board" Error After Enabling Advanced Permission In Group Space

After the advanced permission is enabled at the space level and all permissions are granted to moderator roles, message cannot be added to message board in activity.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a Space and then set activity stream to appear as default page.
2. Enter something in activity text box. It displays as expected
3. Now go to Manage->all setting->roles, change it to 'advanced permission'
4. Now edit permission for Moderator, since some permission are revoked after "advanced permission" is enabled
Check ALL the check boxes to ensure that moderator should already have all permission in the group space.
5. Go back to the group space and enter something in the activity stream textbox, error message appears!

The error below is seen in the WC_Spaces-diagnostic.log file:
