Symptoms
When attempting to map a contribution folder structure to a local file system,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Content Server Request Failed
Unable to create directory on the UCM server's file system. Verify the UCM server's process owner has correct file system permissions.
The stack trace shows the following

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Start the managed node
2) Log into Managed UCM instance
3) Go to Administration -> Folder Configuration ->Local Folders -> Add
