Unable To Approve Tasks Of A Custom Request Template (IAM-2050076), But Works Through BPM Worklist

A custom Approval Process is deployed, and used through a custom Request Template. When a request is created for a user with this Request Template, the request can be seen on user's self-service page, but user is not able to approve it. More precisely, values for the following fields are not displayed: "Request Id", "Request type", "Beneficiary" and "Request Target" (see screenshot). The request cannot be approved, but it can be rejected or reassigned.
Additionally, the "Approve Task" icon is present, and is activated when selecting a task. When clicking on the "Open Task Detail", a NullPointer exception occurs. The IAM-2050076 error is recorded in the "oim_server1.out" log file.
The request can be approved through the BPM worklist (URL : hostname:7001/integration/worklistapp), but no through the UI.
