A custom Approval Process is deployed, and used through a custom Request Template. When a request is created for a user with this Request Template, the request can be seen on user's self-service page, but user is not able to approve it. More precisely, values for the following fields are not displayed: "Request Id", "Request type", "Beneficiary" and "Request Target" (see screenshot). The request cannot be approved, but it can be rejected or reassigned.
