After upgrading to ESSO-LM a post upgrade reboot, or restart of ESSO-LM results in a request for a passphrase.  This occurs even if passphrase suppression was installed in LM  From this point on, the windows password will not be accepted by ESSO-LM and the credentials are no longer accessible.
