Upgrade from ESSO-LM 11.1.1.2.0 to 11.1.1.5.0 Results in Passphrase Prompt and Wrong Windows Password Reported By ESSO (Doc ID 1320064.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to ESSO-LM 11.1.1.5.0 a post upgrade reboot, or restart of ESSO-LM results in a request for a passphrase.  This occurs even if passphrase suppression was installed in LM 11.1.1.2.0.  From this point on, the windows password will not be accepted by ESSO-LM and the credentials are no longer accessible.

Upgrade from ESSO-LM 11.1.1.2.0 to ESSO-LM 11.1.1.5.0.
