Question 1:

Should the Passphrase setting in ESSO-LM be "Enabled or "Disabled" when implementing Windows Data Protection (DPAPI)?

Question 2:

What is the difference between having the Passphrase box checked and 'Disable' selected, or NOT checking the box but having 'Enable' selected! Isn't the effect the same?
