OIM Auto-generate Password Option does not Propagate to OID (Doc ID 1321139.1)

Symptoms

Administrative password reset using Auto-generate password option does not propagate password change to OID when OIM Ldap sync is configured.
Password change is propagated properly when Manual option is used.
