WebCenter Capture Import Server Does Not See Email Attachments and Error "message number [1] contains no attachments. It will be skipped" Occurs (Doc ID 1321526.1)

Symptoms

The Import Server Email provider is not seeing .TIF attachments on email messages. The logging in the Import Server log file appears as:

Changes

The emails are being automatically forwarded from one mail server to this mail server.  When Import Server attempts to process the emails on the new server, it cannot see the attachments.
