Symptoms

Enterprise Manager Console 11.1.1.3 is very slow or times out.

1. Login to the EM of Setup domain.
2. Navigate to SOA Infrastructure. Click on any composite.

A huge list of errors similar to the below ones are thrown in the soa server logs:
