SAML Token Error when Calling TaskQueryService API (Doc ID 1321703.1)

Symptoms

When trying to make a call to the Task Query Service

http://myHost:8001/integration/services/TaskQueryService/TaskQueryService

using BPEL you are receiving the following error:

oracle.wsm.security.SecurityException: WSM-00069 : The security header is missing.
