Problem when Starting OSB Managed Server Via the Node Manager

When trying to start a managed Oracle Service Bus (OSB) server using node manager with StartScriptEnabled set to false OSB servers cannot be started. Following error is shown:

<Mar 25, 2011 12:52:48 PM CET> <Notice> <Log Management> <BEA-170019> <The server log file /bea/domains/OsbDevDomain/servers/$serverName/logs/$serverName.log is opened. All server side log events will be written to this file.>
<Mar 25, 2011 12:52:49 PM CET> <Warning> <Security> <BEA-090904> <The JPS or JRF jar is present in the classpath, but no system property supplied for "" and "oracle.domain.config.dir". The server will start without setting OPSS java policy provider.>

The <class-path> element in the server remote start property is configured with all correct jar files.
