Unable to start the Weblogic Server with the below errors in weblogic logs:    
java.rmi.RemoteException: Error in ejbCreate:; nested exception is:
javax.ejb.CreateException: While trying to lookup 'mslv.oms.oms1.internal.jms.ConnectionFactory' didn't find subcontext 'jms'.
