SALT Patch Install Script Reports A Successful Installation Even Though There Are Some Errors

Oracle Service Architecture Leveraging Tuxedo (SALT) - Version 10.3.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Even though there are some warnings/errors while installing a SALT patch, it is being reported as successful.
After enabling debug while installing a SALT patch (on Unix/Linux boxes by setting LAX_DEBUG to true before starting SALT Patch Installation) there are some errors like :

Status: ERROR
Additional Notes: ERROR - ZeroGpf: /myOracleHomePath/tuxedo10gR3/bin/GWWS (Text file busy)

Install File: /myOracleHomePath/tuxedo10gR3/lib/libsoapeng.so
Status: ERROR
Additional Notes: ERROR - ZeroGpf: /myOracleHomePath/tuxedo10gR3/lib/libsoapeng.so (Text file busy)

Install File: /myOracleHomePath/tuxedo10gR3/lib/libwsbase.so
Status: ERROR

At the end of the installation process it is reported as a successful installation:
