Self Service Password Reset Performance Issue When Clicked on Windows GINA Bar (Doc ID 1324624.1)

Symptoms

When A User clicks on the Self Service Password Reset(SSPR) link on Windows GINA Bar, the page comes up very slowly(around 40 to 50 seconds).

For the same user time taken is much less (around 4 to 5 seconds)when you manually browse to the reset URL in a web browser.
