MDB Deployment fails with Java.Lang.AssertionError (Doc ID 1324923.1)

Deployment of MDB in WLS 10.0 environment with provider URL in weblogic-ejb-jar.xml set to
<provider-url>tibjmsnaming://hostname:port</provider-url> fails with exception shown below.

weblogic.application.ModuleException: Exception activating module: EJBModule(AMessagingEJB)
Unable to deploy EJB: RequestProcessingMDB from AMessagingEJB.jar:
unable to find EndPointFinder for tibjmsnaming://
