The Mini Search Page Is Not Returning Results (Doc ID 1325514.1)

Symptoms

The "Mini-search" page is not responding.  When the search button is pressed, the page will not be updated with search results, it will stay on the original mini-search page.

The Mini-search page is the search page a user will see directly after they log into the Content Server, on the main section of their home page.  This page will display in any of the default layouts provided by Oracle.  This is not the quick search option that is displayed in the menu bar or the full search page that is accessed from the menu.
