OAM 10g: Unable To Create A Workflow When Integrating OAM with E-Biz (Doc ID 1326481.1)

Symptoms

Integration E-biz with OAM requires to implement pre-install step 3 of the note:975182.1. Integrating Oracle E-Business Suite with Oracle Access Manager 10g using Oracle E-Business Suite AccessGate.

After making the required modification, the error "Access denied. Please preload your browser and contact your administrator for more information." is thrown in a browser on creating or modifying a workflow.

Changes

To implement integratioon OAM with E-biz Suite, the following modification needs to be done on Oracle Internet Directory to return operational attributes for lookup requests:

$ORACLE_HOME/bin/ldapmodify -h <ldaphost> -p <ldapport> -D <DN> -w <orcladmin passwd> -f dsa.ldif -v


dsa.ldif

dn: cn=dsaconfig, cn=configsets,cn=oracle internet directory
changetype: modify
add: orclallattrstodn
orclallattrstodn: cn=orcladmin

This modification adds the orclguid attribute to records returned by Oracle Internet Directory when queried by Oracle Access Manager, allowing these records to be mapped to others that are uniquely identified by orclguid.
