SOA 22.214.171.124 Authentication Problem - Has Permission Error: Access Denied

A Highly Available SOA environment following Oracle's SOA Enterprise Deployment Guide.
The binaries versions were:
- JRockit 1.6.0_24
- Weblogic 10.3.5
- Webtier utilities 188.8.131.52
- SOA Suite 184.108.40.206
- OSB 220.127.116.11
After the domain creation, it was running into an authentication problem: All default SOA applications: BPM Worklist, OracleBAM, SB console, etc; seem to be working correctly, but it wasn't possible to get the application login page.

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (oracle.security.jps.JpsPermission IdentityAssertion)
