OAM 11g : Oracle Access Manager 11g Release 1 Logout Giving "Error: Single Sign Off didn't take place"

Symptoms
- Oracle Access Server 11g Release 1 (OAM 11g R1) on RHES5
- Configured with Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM)
- Installed BP02 on OAM, now logout for any OAM protected resource is throwing the following error message:
Error: Single Sign Off didn't take place
Cause: The IDMDomainAgent for SingleSignOn is not enabled, but SingleSignOff tried to access the Agent's logout page..
Action: Enable the IDMDomainAgent or use a WebGate for SingleSignOn protection. Direct access to this page with the IDMDomainAgent is invalid.
