The document explains how to troubleshoot the BPM 11g and 12c identity issues and its integration with Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and other Directory (LDAP) servers. It shows how to query the Identity Service UI, explains how the workspace handles the authorization and connects to the directory/identity providers via the OPSS, and it lists the most common configuration problems.
